"An island in one of the most remote places in the world is home to a transient group of "bumi putri" or "original people"… Papuans - and they fish for living. A friendly village of perhaps 30 Papuans was a delightful place to spend the afternoon sketching - As I was about to depart a rather girly boy showed up to the camp and was greeted with great enthusiasm."
